Our aim is to bring Zero Knowledge Processing units (ZPU™) to mass adoption, lowering the barrier of entry to ZK.
We are searching for an experienced Business Development professional to help us to realize our vision of bringing Zero Knowledge Processing units (ZPU™) to mass adoption, and lowering the barrier of entry to ZK. You will be working alongside a fantastic, distributed team of highly skilled Engineers and Product people, and work closely with our CEO on business development strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification, acquisition, and management of new clients, as well as fostering strategic alliances with key industry stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing effective business strategies to expand our market presence and maximize revenue potential.
This is an evolving role which requires a unique skillset. In the beginning you will be instrumental inbuilding and scaling our network by establishing and nurturing relationships to enable future sales. You will build a market map to understand the scope and possibility of adoption of our products and bring feedback and recommendations from the market back to the team to inform the development and validity of our work.
As our products mature you will be responsible for business development across the network. At this exciting phase in our development, no two days are the same, but your duties may include:
Conducting market research to identify potential target clients that could benefit from ZKP hardware.
Analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration.
Generating leads and proactively engaging with prospective clients to promote our ZKP solutions and secure new business opportunities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique requirements and tailoring our offerings to meet their needs.
Conducting presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively close deals and secure long-term partnerships
Identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with industry players, technology providers, and relevant organizations to enhance our market position.
Collaborating with internal teams, including product development and engineering, to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
Managing the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide accurate forecasting to senior management.
Continuously monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting the sales strategy as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and build professional networks.
Contributing to thought leadership activities, such as publishing articles, speaking engagements, and participating in panel discussions, to establish the company as a trusted expert in the ZKP domain
Experience with Zero Knowledge Proofs technology or other Privacy Enhancing Technology (Must)
Experience selling hardware or software to data centers
You will ideally have an established networks with infrastructure providers and web3
Experience building sales pipeline and onboarding customers
Excellent relationship building and communication skills
Willingness to travel and ability to travel on a short notice
Speak Mandarin
